Please note: We do allow events and small gatherings subject to approval by us( host ) for an additional small fee. As along as rules are being followed. Other things to note: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the house and pool area ( backyard). Note : Hot tub is jetted ( gets bubbly ) ( temperature goes up to 104F ) Parking: This property offers 10+ cars parking, which is easily accessible. House Access: There is a Keypad Lock on the front door, you will be given the code after booking. Note : Little hump in the floor in front of the refrigerator. * We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
